Couple questions for next event

Hey all,
I will be attending the July 21 event, my first ever autocross. I'm a little confused as to which forms I need to fill out. I think it is these three:
ARMS membership form:

Insurance waiver from, the link to which isn't working.
Are there any more? When do I find out what class I'm in?
Also, regarding the $30, can it be payed in cash at the start of the event?

Hi HEC ..
First time members need to fill out the "membership form", which allows us to track all of our active users. The fee for membership is also $30, which covers your first event. And yes, the fee can be paid at the event. I may consider taking paypal or EMT transfers at some point in the future, if people would find that useful.
Each time you attend an event (including your first one), you also need to fill out an event entry form. This lists your name, car make & model, tires, insurance information (at least the company), and any shared drivers, if there are any.
The Waiver form we have on site, and you just need to ensure you sign it before you take part in the event. Visitors/spectators also need to sign this if they are watching the event. YOu dont' need to pre-print a copy of this, so that's fine.
